Wrong. When you can print an unlimited number of free shares, the price per share does not matter a bit.

I've posted about this crew's previous SEC involvement with fraudulent attorney's letters allowing them to convert restricted shares to free trading shares in Hall of Fame Beverages, and I-Glow has explained the games being played with the share structure.
