Your post is incorrect. Read the Finra.org daily reported short volume from THEIR website. Here are links you can use to verify the information that I posted.

Here is a sample date November 20th that had heavy percentage shorting. You can search any recent date.

Bi-weekly reports take forever to come out. In this case the shorted period hasn't even been reported yet on the bi-weekly.

Also confirmed with FINRA this AM via phone [phone]. That there is nothing indicating that $NNSR will stop trading on the date you have indicated in your post.
