Syngenta (SYT), previously a takeover target for Monsanto (MON), is eyeing takeovers, joint ventures, or asset sales, Reuters reports, citing comments from Syngenta chairman Michel Demare in an interview with Swiss newspaper Tages-Anzeiger.
