What is the dma or the ma you are speaking of?

Also, anyone else, How can one tell a MM is responsible for making a 14000 share order vs. someone just pecking away at a few chuncks to get somewhere in the 14000 area? Basically how do you tell that a MM is purchasing chunks to sell a larger order?
