Of course, the downside to the format of this CC is that the questions are selected in advance, so it is up to Kim to decide exactly what he does or does not want to tell us.

I agree and that's one of the reasons why certain questions; even posed by a group of 50 shareholders in unison,might not work.

I'm almost viewing the CC as:

"Let's see what Kim wants us to hear."
