If those bids move up and hit the ask, we will be moving up into the green today:-) sometimes people block the ask to load 1 tick lower and once they stock up on shares a person or group runs the PPS up.. Once the ask starts shrinking/getting hit the bid setters will only have one option to move up

Very simple, they are either 1 tick flippers looking to take profits and run or they are MM's doing their best to keep the PPS from rising so they can continue to accumulate cheap shares. Makes the playing field very uneven unfortunately. We are going to need some major interest or some very deep pockets to come our way soon in order to run through these .0005's stacked up. Its a real shame, IFCR should be at .001 right now if it weren't for the BS.
