TRTC is the exclusive owner of IVXX and Edible Gardens. TRTC has a partnership with some of the eight licenses they have in NEvada.
We formed MediFarm, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("MediFarm") on March 19, 2014. We own 60% of the membership interests in MediFarm. The remaining membership interests are owned by Camden Goorjian (20%) and by Richard Vonfeldt (20%), two otherwise unaffiliated individuals. Upon receipt of the necessary governmental approvals and permitting, as to which there can be no assurance, we expect MediFarm to operate medical marijuana cultivation, production, and dispensary facilities in Clark County, Nevada and a medical marijuana dispensary facility in the City of Las Vegas.
We formed MediFarm I , LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("MediFarm I") on July 18, 2014. We own 50% of the membership interests in MediFarm I. The remaining membership interests are owned by Forever Green NV, LLC (50%), an otherwise unaffiliated entity. Upon receipt of the necessary governmental approvals and permitting, as to which there can be no assurance, we expect MediFarm I to operate a medical marijuana dispensary in Reno, Nevada.
We formed MediFarm II LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("MediFarm II") on July 30, 2014. We own 55% of the membership interests in MediFarm II. The remaining membership interests are owned by Nevada MF, LLC (30%) and by Forever Green NV, LLC (15%), two otherwise unaffiliated parties. Upon receipt of the necessary governmental approval and permitting, as to which there can be no assurance, we expect MediFarm II to operate a medical marijuana cultivation and production facility in Spanish Springs, Nevada.
On September 16, 2014, we formed IVXX, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("IVXX") for the purpose of producing a line of cannabis flowers and cigarettes, as well as a complete line of cannabis pure concentrates, including: oils, waxes, shatters, and clears. We currently offer these products to five select dispensaries in California. IVXX also sells clothing, apparel, and other various branded products.
Fist dispensary opens in the first quarter of 2016 ( 1921 Western AVe) Rest follow suit thru 2016 into 2017.
1921 Western Ave will be first, then 1130 East Desert Inn RD Las VEgas, then 3650 South Decatur Blvd and then 1085 South Virginia ST Reno NV. More important is IVXX will be distributed to 62 dispensaries in NEvada in 2016 which IMHO be ten times more profitable in the first two years as the dispensaries go thru growing pains.
BEginning Jan 2016 AB 266 takes effect and this new law changes from non profit to for profit. There is much discussion on when this occurs. IVXX is now being distributed in over 100 dispensaries and customers are very satisfied and want more !!!!!! IVXX Wax is Marijuana's version of McDonalds French Fries.... everyone wants em !!!!!!!!!

(a) The Department of Consumer Affairs, the Department of Food and Agriculture, and the State Department of Public Health shall promulgate regulations for implementation of their respective responsibilities in the administration of this chapter. (b) A license issued pursuant to this section shall be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. The license shall be renewed annually. Each licensing authority shall establish procedures for the renewal of a license. (c) Notwithstanding subdivision (a) of Section 19320, a facility or entity that is operating in compliance with local zoning ordinances and other state and local requirements on or before January 1, 2018, may continue its operations until its application for licensure is approved or denied pursuant to this chapter. In issuing licenses, the licensing authority shall prioritize any facility or entity that can demonstrate to the authority’s satisfaction that it was in operation and in good standing with the local jurisdiction by January 1, 2016.
For-Profit and Non-California Investors and Owners Allowed. Unlike current law, businesses would not be prohibited from cultivating or distributing marijuana for profit. In addition, there are no requirements that investors or owners be residents of California.
In the past 30 days TRTC has acquired land and buildings valued at 1.5 million dollars that will go right to the balance sheet for shareholders !!!

TRTC sub company IVXX.com will produce and distribute its brand of Medical Marijuana to 62 dispensaries in NEVADA.
The dispensary, to be called Blüm, will be part of a chain of dispensaries run by MediFarm, a subsidiary of the public-traded Terra Tech company which is based in Irvine, Calif.
A company out of Irvine California called 'Medifarm' just closed escrow on the Scotland Yard Spy Shop building at 1085 South Virginia for $1.2 million.
