I think you're confusing Samsung Biologics with Samsung Bioepis. Samsung Biologics is a division of Samsung which is a contract manufacturer to just about anybody. They are now the 3rd largest contractor behing Boehringer and Lonza.
Samsung Bioepis is a seperate company wholly owned by Samsung (90%) and Biogen (10%). This is not to say the Sansung Biologics couldn't be a subcontractor to Samsung Bioepis which has its main mfg plant in Incheon Korea.
Bioepis plans a IPO soon. The thought is it is a $7 to $8 Bil Company.
