Thats as far from the factual truth as anyone statement has ever been. As a matter of fact that statement is 100% pure BS.

You may want to try doing actual DD on how a NDA actually works, Rather then just spouting uninformed information about something you obviously know nothing about. The NDA are real and they are as big a part of being a public company filing a Q or necessary 8-K.

Foolish to make that statement.
