Russian fighters over Syria may now be looking to engage ANY aircraft, as opposed to not, and Russia, again, has already sounded this eerie pretext for such engagement " no country shall be flying over Syria without Syrian permission" Assad only gives permission to his forces, IRAN, and Russia .
Will France , U.S. , Israel heed this and not fly over Syria anymore, or will they stand their ground and continue striking Isis. My guess is they will now BACK DOWN, which in the long run is a bad move as it only emboldens Putin.
