I think you forgot that she is the boss and he needed to do what she told him to, not what he wanted to. This is probably #1 reason people get fired, they don't listen and do what they are told to do, simple as it gets.

Yeap. She's from Montreal and those people think their in a country all their own and can't be held accountable for their actions outside Montreal... I call it the Vladimir Putin complex.....lol glad I flipped this during the summer continuosly lol.....
