they raised it to help shorty cover their short....

imho R/S = 6,000,000 O/s when done....valuation...claims....buyback...."ALL SISTER" valuations !!GNCP goes from .20 to many dollars....making ALL shares holders WHOLE and RICH....love it when a plan comes together
