I have to agree and the fact most investors here did not or don't have 100,000.00 in the game.

Sooner or later on law firm will take the lead. Who really cares? Sort of like going on and picking out what kind of casket you want to be buried in. Just doesn't matter. IF anyone here Is expecting a big check to one day come in the mail, ain't gonna happen. Bondholders get first dibs anyway. Capstone will be under a dollar by Christmas then down further from there, then employees with show up and find the doors locked. Furniture and stuff will be sold off. Hope management is really proud of themselves. They promised is great things, many of us bit, and we got bitten. Yes, they do deserve to be sued. Hope they all get taken to the cleaners.

hillzman- Must disagree that "it's going nowhere". 10 (TEN) firms taking this on tells me they smell something and will find it. And remember, CPST will have to defend at a cost.
The effect of it all puts an indirect "slam shut lid " over future or a noticeable slowdown in sales as I see it too.NO SMALL EFFECT!. Distributors won't be pushing the product to their customers until they have a final understanding of where the company stands..... no matter what BS DJ is telling them now.Remember these Distributors must retain their reputation in order to retain customer loyalty & avoid lawsuits of their own.... lest they go the way of CPST too.

Capstone is a dead company, and is soon to be financially ruined even if nothing comes of these suits.
But if as I suspect they're culpable,it's bankruptcy court sooner rather than later.

BTW- While tax loss selling is playing a part in the never ending every day drop in sh px my guess is it's being supported by these lawsuits and what they ultimately will mean.

I've never seen anything like it in my time with the exception of ENRON.
