golfho, you are probably close.

I was thinking that since we look at a median one can say that theoretically 50% of the control arm patients was evented after 9.9 (10) months (Herbst et al. 2010).

The other halve evented in the next months but normally always faster and faster (distribution should be most dense around the centre element).

I don't dare to simulate or guess anything at this time. Found it it is quite tricky business. If all is good I'll be 6-9 months of with my 1st look-in simulation just because I didn't use Herbst et al. 2010.

But With Herbst et al. 2010 is arrive Q1/2016 for first loon-in.
