par never means squat when referring to a number printed on a stock certificate

i can print anything i want, the only thing that matters is what someone will pay for it.

they are taking the certs that they have and dividing them by 15.

they are multiplying the par value on the certificate x 15.


a stock split has no effect on the total value of the stock!!
