Hi Mark,

I manage IR for Liquid. Unfortunately, the company has to engage a new auditor in order to file audited financials (unaudited financials through Q1:15 were filed in an 8k). Given the timing and cost of that along with the delisting, the company is seeking strategic alternatives, which may include a sale of the company.
