Considering the share price and the amount of convertible debt on the books, having a float of "just" 650 million would be a miracle in a few months. The float will eventually hit a few billion shares. The writing is on the walls.
You may say the A/S does not authorize billions of shares (yet)? True. However, it will be increased to accommodate the toxic guys. Failure to do so would put NHMD in default and open it up to onerous penalties and numerous lawsuits by the toxic guys. BTW the toxic guys love to sue companies that don't comply.
