Still a surprise and confirms this:
"Movant lost over $6,000 in connection with his purchases of Cellceutix stock. See Ex. 3.
Movant is not aware of any other movant that has suffered greater losses in Cellceutix securities
during the Class Period."
Can mean one of two things. Either no one party lost more than $6,000 during the claim period or (more likely I would think) any such parties preferred not to be lead plaintiff and did not apply....$6,000 seems a pretty low bar. Theoretically a third possibly could be that Rosen received an application or applications that they chose not to entertain.
