I agree about needing great news to get CVM rolling. I do not agree with the rest though.

Most intelligent investors bought/are buying this stock for FUTURE gains. It is not a short term play and I think most look at it that way. I see no big selloff EOY 2015.

I don't think we will see actual study data until early 2017...MAYBE EOY 2016...maybe

Two issues not mentioned:

1) the real possibility of needing another dilution before the arbitration trial and ruling are complete and announced.

2) the effect that will have on the stock price and minimum price requirements for listing. It would NOT be a good thing to have another R/S since we are almost back at square one from the previous.

Almost forgot..."massive shorting"...not really...... Kinda settled down at this already low share price.
