I've never had a problem with customer service and several people, including me, have reported freebies when there was a problem with their order. The company is about to report their third record revenue quarter in a row. It hardly sounds like they're not executing.
Once Cannapod revenue starts showing up their revenue per quarter will be in millions. They have no toxic debt or any debt to speak of. Next year will see this company really take off.
