Total Assets- $264,380
Net loss- $243,688
Total Liabilities $2,316,592


As you can see from the Q liabilities are 9X+ liabilities more than assets. The odds of them being able to stay an ongoing operation are not very good at all. There's no way they can sell enough shares to cover their debt at this price.

I contend the reason Steve Parent moved cash from SNEY to GBG was to get some out before the crash. The debt burden is just too high for them to maintain the company and they have been playing a shell game and robbing Peter to pay Paul for a long time. I'm doubting the top guys will continue to throw good money after bad with little odds of ever collecting either.

It is tax loss time. Best to just take the hit and move on folks. Just my humble opinion, but read the tea leaves and stop lying to yourself. The truth is self evident!
