Yes, the toxic debt guys do sometimes paint to try and get some more retail buyers. But no one (at least with more than $50 to invest) is fooled by a $15 buy, so it's usually someone whose account would go down by thousands with the $.0002 actual value reported. Spend $25, get $1,000 or more in account value, not a bad deal, unless you have to do it every day. ;-)
