Can any of you folks explain why when you research Q Lotus Holdings and Port of Ft Pierce, FL redevelopment you can not find anything other than paid announcements by Q lotus Holdings claiming they were chosen?

But you can find this:

Snyder Development Chosen for Florida Waterfront Project
Snyder Development, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Snyder Worldwide, announced it has been selected by the city of Fort Pierce, FL, to redevelop the site of a century-old power plant on the city’s downtown waterfront.

Snyder hopes to transform the now-decommissioned H.D. King power plant into a $150 million mixed-use hotel and retail development similar in look and feel to San Antonio's Riverwalk and downtown Oklahoma City's Bricktown area.

"Our program within the community is long-term and will require a lot of participation between numerous public and private partnerships," said Jonathan Snyder, chairman and CEO of Nevada-based Snyder Worldwide. "We recognize that downtown Fort Pierce is like a puzzle that we need to put together in order to be successful -- right now everyone is saying, how do we make this area into a 'destination?' Our plan is to put the puzzle together."
