King, I spend about an hour a day reviewing the Vietnamese press. This particular article mentions a delayed decree which simplifies and accelerates the bureaucratic road to foreign business formation and investment in Vietnam.
Imo this also correlates with the delay of our paperwork and subsequent rescheduling of the CC.
Seems to me that Kim finally received the word that this decree was finally ratified and hopefully this act will set us on the road to commercialization.
I'm actually putting much weight on this being the final hurdle but only the beginning of the race.
