Not even 7,500 shares, or 1.5 million presplit shares have traded as of yet. Trades range from $7.50 down to yesterday's close of $1.20 with 5 of the last 6 days closing at the low of the day. Also since trading started Monday with all shares available, the high trade has been $2.00. Games being played all around with such a low float and NITE back at it.
Company wanted out of the penny flipping world for a reason, the PPS now at $1.20/$1.30, or $0.006/$0.0065 again presplit. Curious to see what they do here, now.
Just barely over a $1.5 million market cap. When you look at the news, the filings, the partnerships, the patents, the products, the technology and do all the math, this should be 10x + higher now. Someone doesn't want it there. Since its being manipulated lower and the company doesn't want it here, doing a split to stop this naked share shorting mess, they need to step up and do something about it soon.
Curious what the rest of this month and December brings. Really wanted another update after the share structure change, presenting the new company basically. Who knows, maybe we get something.
