I dunno there is some other drama going on as well.

There is now also an active lawsuit against them for over $500,000 to a bank which is set to go to trial now. That was never disclosed in the USAR financials. There is some other issues as well. Its a mess but who knows...

I love how they closed up overnight on Thursday the day before the employees were to be paid. They skipped on paying them as well and the promoter is pissed now too because she did not get paid and they owed her alot of past invoices.

Tommy and Jeff apparently scammed everyone and of course you see they never mentioned to the shareholders the restaurant went under. They dumped their shares on that Friday and that was it.
