It seems you guys are convinced this thing could be up ad running mid 2016? I certainly hope so too, but wise from experience, everything always takes ten times longer than projected. If a positive PR comes around Dec 2, is that more or less 99% certainty it will go into production very shortly? You have more experience than me in mining matters. i have stopped trying to understand this business.
