OT:He said there was no such thing as dyslexia.
Also the slowness of reading can never be corrected once the genetic type of dyslexic breaks through and learns to read.(my ready speed is at best 250 words per minute(i got my pedal to the metal at 250:), we must develop another area of the brain to accomplish reading, but with scanning, and taking mental photographs of key elements i can scan non-fiction at a very rapid pace and form a summation of its content.)
MRIs show hard scientific evidence the genetic form of dyslexia is a very distinct and observable variance from norm(we have no neural linkage, sound to words).
His statements in that post rang notes of pedantic and inflated ego making SWEEPING judgments and he was grossly insulting by his pretense that he understood my problem, and could evaluate me without knowing a damned thing about my history.
I could state other things discovered about me after being exhaustively evaluated without having to read or write, that would blow his pedantic know-all-it all smugness off his face.
But on the otherhand, knowing people like him are so mind setted, he would not even listen, the sound of his own mind is all he listens to.
His saying there is no such thing as dyslexia, was a brutal, and ignorant insult, that i will not forgive; i have battled those types all my life. max

OT--Joe...exactly my take as well. I think it may not have been what TG was saying but maybe how he said it.
