I like the revenue from energy putting a floor under the share price. There aren't many combos like this that last long because there is a builtin conflict with resource allocation. Typically they spin off one or the other of the different businesses.
It's interesting but I have tried to stay with exploration companies that are close to production. I do own New Guinea Gold, which is their partner in Papua New Guinea. The projects there do seem to have great potential. NGG is opening one mine this year and has several others that look very promising.
