1. I ED is being truthful and there are only 1.3 Million shares out and I can account for 1,125 Million then the percentage is 86.53 Percent. 2. If the count is 1.5 Million shares the percentage is 75 Percent. 3. If the count is 2.5 Million shares the percentage is 45 percent.

SEGI - Putting any more money into SEGI is just plain stupid. I wouldn't touch this garbage with a ten foot poll. Mr. Sylvan couldn't manage a lemonade stand. Reverse split is next which will totally wipe out your holdings no matter what you hold.
