1. I am NOT trying to convince anyone of anything!
2. I am probably equally or possibly more deeply entrenched(invested) here than most LONGS, so of course i dont want one.
3. Also wrong on the fact that it cannot be beneficial.
4. Your % of ownership remains the same. (as long as full RS,With AS,OS both being RS'd)

Do you understand that I was trying to quell the FEAR that was brought on by the mention, back awhile, by a shit stirrer that an RS was even on the table?

the bottom line is it would require a pre-14a which would be voted on by all shareholders.

so how bout we drop it and talk about it if it becomes an actual suggestion from QMC management.
