You opened the can of worms! A R/S may be ok in some rare OTC circumstances, but it would only screw the longs who invested in a high risk high reward company. Longs didn't invest a million shares in this company to see their ownership get wiped. That eliminates the potential high reward and leaves all that kept faith for a half decade as just average shareholders. Something financial giants would love to see I am sure.
