Porkchop, where do you think PFE's cash is going? Am I wrong the PFE/AGN merger is largely a stock transaction, and PFE will still have many Billions of $$$ in cash?

N4K, I wonder that also.... 10's of Billions ready and waiting to be spent ...though what is enhanced access?

I figured you have access at one tax rate... or access at a different tax rate, but enhanced?

On a conference call with analysts, Pfizer said the merger would give it enhanced access to its tens of billions of dollars parked overseas and allow for more share buybacks, dividend payments and business development. The combined company would have annual sales of about $64 billion.
