Since then, we get that 8k last week lowering the float and OS to these tiny levels.

We see this fact by L2: we are moving up or down by half penny and penny ncrements at times(!).

SO: Hard Rock Cafe pending deal, coupled w the recent SS change, equals what we have here: a powder keg of a penny stock.
