Since when are weighted average trades considered "churning"? Fact is the broker sells open positions into the market and then settles all transactions with a weighted average purchase or form T from the selling block position, minus the block fee. It is all dilution - it's coming from the converted debt. Just another typical OTC scam, Goldy and the convertible Noteholders always win.
