Hi all. We had two great news releases and the price went nowhere, on this the day following. My recollection of the last "good news - no reaction" was the price went higher but after a day or two lag time. Clancy has always appeared to have "ducks in a row" but you wonder with all the plumper and juicier ducks why no activity! My recollection is that we had a contract last year with BART for some parking situation that appears to have translated favorably to the latest news blurb. Good luck to all,
