scad,was always one for a checks and balance system,
just felt sort of like when you have to leave a deposit
or credit card on an object,that you proceed with a little
more caution..
just feel that if you know your identity can be traced
or known that you hold yourself accountable for your actions
and not so quick to do some other things....
their are always going to be some procs and cons to the
situation but acions without recourse leads chaos,
and i.m.o that is what r/b is about
