According to the UTAH Secretary of State, the company filed in April for the annual filing with the state (This is NOT the same as SEC filings, so keep that in mind.). Remember, if you read the Q or K, this is a UTAH company and NOT a Florida Corp. That is the beauty of our legal system. You can set up shop in one state, but actually be run (on paper) from another state. It allows companies that are not shareholder friendly to register in states that favor the business owner and take power from the shareholders. Who is loving lawyers more and more each day!!! :)

But, none the less, this is still a scam. Nothing is going to come to fruition with this character. He is all about lying, cheating, deceiving, and taking from whomever whatever he can. Straight up, he is a common thief. He just hides behind a door and a desk to to his dirty work.
