Well....Barn Cat can support management and has for all of these years.
However....it comes a time when management is not acting in the best interests of their shareholders and this is that time.
Oct. 30th BOD meeting was the line in the sand.
Management knew it was "bad news" for the shareholders regarding stockcharts taking the company off their list to follow.
They knew UCP has a volume problem in having new investors trade their shares.

Cat believes they have a responsibility to their shareholders concerning "bad news" in regards to the trading of the company shares.

It is Time for management to act like a public company and come back and unlock the house that they have walked away from Oct. 30th.
Then and only then will Barn Cat renew his support of management.
