Everyone can figure it out at 100$ a shares, company will worth 3B, but how does a 3M company suddenly be valued at 300M?
Did Amenda call you and discuss this to you? In this case, you should buy all shares.

As far as shareholders can see the only plan by Ntephe is to insure his own paycheque !

Strange logic. Watch Ntephe systematically increase the authorized shares to 3 billion, issue virtually everyone of those shares thereby driving the stock price down to almost zero while diluting and decimating shareholder value, orchestrate a 1:100 reverse split to give himself another 2.97 billion shares to issue so he will be positioned to continue the same toxic spiral, and all this somehow leads to the conclusion that Ntephe now has a plan to limit dilution.

Think about it. There's a reason they are leaving the a/s at 3 billion after the r/s and it's the same reason they increased the a/s to 3 billion to begin with - they plan to issue more shares. Lots more.
