At what point does ACTI or their lawyers say that all we have left are delay tactics? Does a potential settlement accrue interest in the eyes of the plaintiff if delay tactics are employed for a few years? Does Susman tell ACTI that they will up the settlement agreed upon for each delay? I am curious how this all proceeds.
