Yawl are making it larger than it is. As I've already called my position, it is only because I refuse to use a margin account except to instant payout any buy or sells instantly. I would be short V. Hardly much need for short at the moment because could get trapped during the reorganization, but eyes wide open, V has no reason to bounce and hold, hopeless until something with substance comes around. Maybe a pop on a decision but that'll wear down because, they'll need to gut sack Z balls to get a fricken dime.. And that means, ya get a quick short cover and then they'll reload..
Hope involving courts and a company as big and powerful as Z, is absolutely what shorts loves.
I'm not saying it's a forever deal but,, just that there's plenty reason for shorts, plenty.
dilution without income is food for shorts, incentive, Substantial income V needs, to stop diluting the crap out of it, at any price. .
There's plenty people who do not care which way the balls swings, except that it swings their way, short or long, don't discount the fact.
