A simple phone call to the company would answer this and every other question that any shareholder has about the amount and price of the pp.
I would imagine that some Shareholders that believe in this product have added to their positions thru pp. These pp have restrictions and won't hit the open market for some time to come.
On another note...dilution is very seldom a good thing. I guess we all would agree on that......But hey, don't tell companies like tesla.....when they need cash....they sell stock.
