To the best of my recollection, I believe I was told attorney Zachary Takos was recently let go by his employer Greene Infuso, LLP for fear that his legal representation of a stock scam could tarnish the firm's reputation, and for fear that his employer Greene Infuso, LLP could face some serious consequences for being part of what I believe is a very frivolous lawsuit against honest shareholders of Exobox Technologies Corporation. How true that is, I don't know, but to the best of my recollection, I believe that is what I was told.
n. any person who has an obligation to promote justice and effective operation of the judicial system, including judges, the attorneys who appear in court, bailiffs, clerks and other personnel. As officers of the court lawyers have an absolute ethical duty to tell judges the truth, including avoiding dishonesty or evasion about reasons the attorney or his/her client is not appearing, the location of documents and other matters related to conduct of the courts.
From the Law.com Newswire
Did Zachary Takos' representation of Exobox Takosnologies Corporation have anything to do with what appears to me to be Zachary Takos removal from Greene Infuso, LLP?
According to LinkedIn as of today, https://www.linkedin.com/in/zachary-takos-11135a51, I believe it still shows that Zachary Takos is still employed with Greene Infuso, LLP. If Zachary Takos was indeed let go by Greene Infuso, LLP, maybe he is having a hard time with the breakup? His LinkedIn page as of today I believe still shows:
Zachary Takos Attorney at Greene Infuso, LLP Las Vegas, Nevada | Law Practice Current Greene Infuso, LLP
I wonder if Exobox Takosnologies Corporation is going to change their address from 3030 S. Jones Boulevard, Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89146 (which I believe is the address for Green Infuso, LLP) to something different now that it appears that Zachary Takos is no longer employeed there.
I was told many times, from many attorneys, that nothing but nothing is more important to a law firm than it's reputation. If true, I personally can understand why Greene Infuso, LLP and Zachary Takos may have parted ways.
