The truth is people like Bernie madoff wrote many of the rules of the market.
And all the rules favor the pros over retail, specifically hedge funds.
Treaty is one of the many many victims of these rules .
Quite a bit of money has been stolen from shareholders as a result of these asinine rules.

Oh please... NSS theories aren't going to fool knowledgable investors into buying this POS. There are none and never were. Concentrate on the real problems- there are plenty of those in management
