Thats sad. If the SEC was structured to be
as fast as a Jack-rabbit, then there would
be alot less Horse-Scam going on. Sounds
like the "artists" are ahead of the "authorities".
If the SEC wants the markets and investors to have
faith in the process, they should be a dominant power
on enforcing the rules. Not some lame - underfunded,
slow moving, under staffed JOKE. Vultures fly and prey
best, when they percieve "weakness" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lets see-------------- How far can we go and really push
things to the edge, YET STILL BE LEGAL? Know what I mean
