LOL! That's not a good thing. Most PPs don't have more than a 5 or 10% discount. The stock is down almost 50% from the high and the claim is that the company offered shares at more than 10% discount?

That's extremely interesting IMO as they would create many more shares than one would expect in a standard PIPE. Let the dilution continue...
