There WONT be a "TDEY"...that merges with "Oak...LLC" or vice versa, which results in "ORTC"
The claim that "Oak...LLC" took over AND requested a name change is NOTHING more than ADMINISTRATIVE JUNGLE JUICE GIBBERISH!!
Ahhh...but after all of the talk about a merger of ORT LLC and TDEY it was revealed by someone (most likely Kent Linduff) who attended the open house that this was never the intent. The LLC was always going to stay 100% owned by Kent and the other ORT was being merged/absorbed/renamed.
Wolf explain to them how shorts going to burn in more then one way sellers will prob shoot themselves for not keeping there gem that would have changed there lives for ever. Some think they r being smart by flipping for pennies will surely find themselves crying in the bathroom when price moves too fast for them to enter.
