I'm sure the world-class Inergetics team has it all figured out. Kras(h) can just do it himself, I mean, he always has it on lock...just look at his constant communication with shareholders, his Boy Scout-esque honesty and transparency, how every detail of his world-class business is above board and profitable, how he sports a head of luxurious hair that makes the ladies quiver and melt. Best. Stock. Ever.

A higher A/S means lower share price.

Most of the problem is the massive increases in O/S here.

As of August 18, 2015, 852,302,469 shares of Common Stock, $0.001 par value.

Ouch. That's what I call a skyrocketing share count.

Coupled with making crap products nobody wants and some pretty creative accounting in the financials.
