If this decision is known to be in favor of the plaintiff, now that OBV has seen all the evidence and is fully aware of the facts then we may have victory sooner then the end of this month!
OBV knows that if they lose this will greatly reduce their dependability in the eyes of their customers. It may behoove them to settle this case!
I think a settlement of a little less than what is being asked would be quite nice for this stock price!
